Yes. When you subscribe, you’ll fill out a guided form to help us learn about your elderly loved one—their hobbies, preferences, story, and needs. The more you share, the more meaningful and tailored the experience will be. This isn’t a checklist—it’s an introduction to creating their personalized printed care package.

This isn’t a generic puzzle book or an off-the-shelf bundle. Each of these personalized, printed care packages for seniors is thoughtfully curated around one specific person—your loved one—based on what you tell us about them. 📅 How often do packages arrive?
You can choose how often you’d like your senior to receive a package:
— Monthly: Every 30 days (first package ships 30 days after signup)
— Bimonthly: Every 60 days (first package ships 60 days after signup)
Each format comes with its own style of content:
— Monthly plans offer lighter packages with shorter articles and simple games, providing regular non-digital entertainment for seniors.
— Bimonthly plans include deeper personalization, more variety, and thoughtful extras.
💳 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time—no penalties, no pressure. If you’re on a flexible monthly or bimonthly plan, just cancel before the next payment date and no further packages will be sent. If you’ve prepaid for 3 or 6 packages and cancel after receiving one or more, we’ll refund the unused portion—minus any package already sent or in production. Alternatively, you can transfer the remaining package(s) to another senior of your choice.
📮 Where do you ship?
We currently ship through USPS First Class Mail to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping is included in the subscription price.
🔐 Is my information safe?
Absolutely. We only use your data to create and send your personalized package. We never share or sell your information.
💝 What if the first package isn't quite right for them?
I’ll work with you personally to adjust the next package based on their response. If they can’t engage with the activities or the content doesn’t resonate, just let us know within 7 days and I’ll refund your first package while using what we learned to perfect the next one. This service aims to be one of the best gifts for seniors who have “everything”.

We’re a new service focused on quality over quantity. Every package is personally crafted and reviewed to ensure it truly reflects your aging parent’s or elderly loved one’s personality. As we grow, we’ll maintain this personal touch that larger services can’t provide.
